Property Aqusition & Management Executive

At Solar City Gas, we acquire several properties worldwide for warehousing, fulfillment centers, assembly, charging stations, highway stations, distribution centers e.t.c, Hence we require the services of : Our property acquisition manager shall be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our property section, including tasks like seller screening, property negotiation, property acquisition, managing, maintenance and repairs, enforcing lease agreements, marketing vacant units, overseeing property budgets, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, all while acting as a liaison between property owners, sellers and ATE to maintain value and maximize income for the company.
