After designing and planning where to place the smart street lights for optimal performance, our team accompanies your deployment staff or the contractors in the field to assist them with the installation. Proper installation ensures optimum performance. While on the field, we will also train your personnel on how to correctly install our products, as well as how to use our field tools so that in future, they will be able to carry out these tasks efficiently on their own.
Post installation, every ATE device needs to be commissioned or registered in our ATELQ-certified CityManager smart city online platform. Only after commissioning, the devices will be able to become a part of the ATE ecosystem and be ready to be controlled remotely. Commissioning is performed with the help of our Bluetooth Scan & Go mobile app, which swiftly registers the devices in CityManager. Using the app is straightforward; however, our team is always ready to help with the commissioning.
