Purchased this battery, to upgrade my AGM set up in the RV, can’t get over how light the battery is. Charges quickly and holds its voltage right down to the bottom. Best purchase I have ever made for an upgrade to the RV, wish I had swapped over to lithium a long time ago.
****** now about customer service, I live in a very rural and there was a problem with the shipper. Bella called to help and resolve the issue, went well out her way to assist me in locating the battery. I can not recommend this company enough, have never experienced this level of customer service from any vendor, they have a lifelong customer.
I have now purchased 12 of these units, and have them in my business, They work fanantastic.
Best decision I ever made.
