Purchased this battery, to upgrade my AGM set up in the RV, can’t get over how light the battery is. Charges quickly and holds its voltage right down to the bottom. Best purchase I have ever made for an upgrade to the RV, wish I had swapped over to lithium a long time ago.
****** now about customer service, I live in a very rural and there was a problem with the shipper. Bella called from China, to help and resolve the issue, went well out her way to assist me in locating the battery. I can not recommend this company enough, have never experienced this level of customer service from any vendor, they have a lifelong customer.
I have now purchased 2 of these units, and have them in my RV, They work fanantastic. even with the furnace running they, recharge so quickly and the voltage doesn’t drop like AGM batteries.
Best decision I ever made.
